Welcome to the official website for the USS Bexar (colloquially pronounced "Bear") located in San Antonio, Texas. We are an acting non-profit STAR TREK fan club and a proud chapter of STARFLEET: The International STAR TREK Fan Association, Inc. Region 3 (sfi.org).
Commissioned on July 2,1993, we are the most senior chapter in the San Antonio area. This year we celebrate 31 years of service! |
We focus on community service and participate in various charities and events throughout the Greater San Antonio Metropolitan Area. Our club activities are usually on weekends, ranging from volunteering, fan conventions (Local, State, Regional, etc.) to fund-raising , parties, movies, and game nights.
It is through community service we emulate our motto: Deeds Not Words. Our reputation is one of professionalism, courteous, family friendly, and overall fun group.
